Mobile Bug: Quests received in mails are always accepted.

It is not a bug. The quests are required, unlike the board quests or the other quest thing

Many story quests can be cancelled in your journal without penalty, although I'm unsure if you can cancel during your first playthrough. And those requests types don't have expiration dates, so it's fine to take your time completing them.
