At the rewards booth at the Stardew Valley Fair, one of the options was a plate of pepper poppers. From the first time I visited, it said there was only one. However, after I purchased it, instead of removing that row from the booth inventory, it stayed there with a quantity of zero. I was curious, so I got a few more tokens and went back to see if I could buy it. When I tried to purchase the "zeroth" pepper poppers, it consumed the expected number of tokens, removed the row from the booth inventory, and attached the plate to my cursor as if I could add it to my own inventory. However, when I tried to place it in my inventory by stacking it with the one that was already there, nothing was added, leaving just the original plate I'd already gotten.
I unfortunately don't have screenshots, and can't recreate it since the item is gone now at the booth, but I'd be curious if anyone else runs into the same thing.
