Issue [BUG] Pierre's Shop Selling Wrong Items At Festivals

This happened at the festival of ice, and this is a screenshot from the winter star festival. None of my installed mods have caused this problem. Is there any idea how to fix this or if its something I can edit in a save file editor to fix?
