When i go to robin i can't see the option to paint buildings. Do i have to unlock it? I upgraded my house already. Is it a bug from the new version? Please help.

Currently not at home, but the paintbrush symbol which i usually click to choose a building to paint is just missing

Did you do the second house upgrade? The paint option shall appear after that upgrade (the one where you have to pay 50.000 and some hardwood).
Alternatively if you upgrade another building (like a coop) to max the paint menu will also unlock, but even then you won't be able to select the house for a repaint until its second upgrade is done. Or at least that's how it goes for me.
