Switch Bug on latest switch patch - mining in local mines but some floors turn into skull cavern

I have been trying to complete the prismatic jelly quest today and have noticed that I will be in the local mines however, some floors will become skull cavern levels instead of the local mine and generate the same map on the skull cavern floors e.g level 5 is local mine and then level 6 becomes skull cavern. I have also noticed this has also happened when going from level 20 to level 21 and level 115 to 116 so far.

Is it skull cavern or is it the one with the flying skulls (that’s the quarry mine).

after you discover the quarry mine, there is a chance that floors in the regular mine become infested with flying skulls. If you have trouble passing those floors, you can skip them. They should be gone the next day.
