Switch [Bug] Missing Dragon Teeth

I have not been able to find more dragon tooth from Fire Mountain since the first time I entered. It’s been a month (in game), I’ve gone into the mountain several times but still have not managed to get more dragon tooth. (Play on Switch, English, Version 1.5.4)

I don’t get many but are you loosing them in the lava? They aren’t extremely abundant from what I’ve seen

I don’t know why but this update for switch has made it almost impossible to find certain items but they are there, it will just take some time to gather, good luck
