PC [BUG] Minor Bug (Spoiler) Key To The Town Does Not Open A Certain Door

Elliott's cabin is still locked even with the Key To The Town enabled. Not friends with Elliott, acquired Key To The Town via the normal 20 Qi spend.

While technically correct, I don't think this item is meant to be so literal. It works at Marnie's Ranch or the Adventurer's Guild for example.
