-I haven't seen this one so hopefully this isn't a duplicate. came across an odd issue in the revamped mines from 1.5 on PC. I am in year 10 winter, day 17 I think or around that day. The bug happened on Level 41 while attempting the quest to get to level 120. I killed everything on the floor but saw no staircase appear. Luckily I had a staircase so I just used it. I did take a screenshot which I will include below but was very odd. Thought I should report it.
