PC [BUG] I don't have an axe?

Hi, I'm super new and I don't really know how to use this, but I've been playing Stardewfor years, and recently I went on and I just... don't have an axe...? I obviously have checked every chest and Clint doesn't have it. I have no idea where it could be... do I have to restart my game or something? Because I really don't want to do that- I'm in year 3. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks :-)

If you are on 1.5, it may be on the Lost&Found box in the Mayor's Manor.

You shouldn't be able to lose an axe, so it's gotta be somewhere.

Check the lost & found at Lewis's house.
Check your fridges.
Recheck all your chests. Did you maybe put chests anywhere you forgot? Skull cavern, the mines, the docks...
