First, this happened accidentally, I just hopped outta it and then right clicked my friend's Deluxe Barn, I usually click twice by habit, the screen started turning black as usual but then I heard my character jumping in the horse again and I appeared in the barn with my horse, I could move him and everything.
Then I tried to replicate it in other buildings, in a Deluxe Coop and there I weren't able to make it that clean as the first time, It took me some more attempts and when I did it, I was really outside the walls. In the house took me some attempts but its the same process, just left your horse in range and when click to interact with the door, keep clicking as much as you can and after some attempts you should do it, it left me outside the walls but as this was a totally upgraded house I used the cellar stairs that got me in the cellar and then back to the kitchen with my horse and I were capable of move it everywhere by the house, and even I were capable of sleep right up the horse, at the next morning I was still on the horse and in the house.

Note: When this happened were 3 persons in the game which 2 of us were using mods(different mods, mostly just visual, Im sure this is not a mod-bug) and the third person totally non-mods.
