My girlfriend was playing in an infested area in the "ice" section of the mines (unupgraded) and she killed a blue/gray slime and it dropped this item which I've never seen in the game.
After posting about this on reddit (https://www.reddit.com/r/StardewValley/comments/n7p0tw/unknown_item_in_sv/?sort=new) people started suggesting this might be a bug related to Qi's hungry challenge for the Skull Cavern.
I did some tests and posted some details in the reddit thread but if someone needs more info please let me know.
Can someone confirm if this is a bug or not?
