PC [BUG] ??? Hat is named "true" in all languages other than English

of ConcernedApe's face that is obtained by interacting with the red monkey in the Volcano Caldera

is named "???" in English, but in other languages, it shows as "true" in-game. The data file says "???" for all languages.
