PC [BUG] Glitch on cut scene with Robin in the pumpkin patch

I keep having this glitch appear on a cut scene where Robin is hammering on something in the pumpkin patch. My farmer walks up from the right side but doesn't go through the gate to interact with Robin. I walk into the fence and just continue trying to walk forward without moving forward since the fence is in the way. This has happened 3 times in a row and the only thing I can do is close the game and replay the day, just to have the same thing happen all over again.
Has anyone else had this happen? How do you get past this?
