Switch [BUG] Full hearts with Leo but no mango rice recipe

I have full hearts with everyone and have been waiting for the mango rice recipe to trigger from Leo but it doesn’t come. Now I can’t get 100% completion. Please help! I’ve been playing too long on this time be to restart on another.

How many days has it been. As I had seen someone say that it only has a percentage and did not know if you gained 4 potential hearts on his birthday

We are having this issue also! We never got the letter. We did watch the 9 heart event however, but no letter.
