Switch [BUG] Error/shutdown when give present at winter star festival

I’m on year three in my farm on the festival of the winter star. Everything is normal when I first start and go into the festival, and nothing happens when I talk to everyone or if I don’t talk to them, but every time I deliver my gift and it theoretically should then go to the next ‘scene,’ it says the software had to close because of an error. Help?

If so, this is a common glitch and there is no way to fix it other than simply not going to the festival.

I'm playing on Switch split-screen with my girlfriend and with 4 years...that never happen :/

You got the name of your buddy into the mail, you go to festival, you try to talk to him/her and...nothing happen ? Not the "Do you want to give it now ?"
