Windows [BUG] Emily disappearing on her birthday ?

Hello ! I was looking for Emily to give her a gift on her birthday but I couldn't find her at the saloon. Gus was on the Ginger Island. I decided to wait for her at her house to see if she'd come back at 12:30AM but she didn't.
I was playing single-player on the 1.5.6 version in french.
(I sincerely apologize if it's just me not noticing something instead of a bug)
