Android [BUG] Doesn't have music even though my music and sound volume is on 100

I have my sound, music and ambience on full volume but there's no music playing and because of that i can't watch the mermaid show

i tried uninstalling then reinstalling but it doesn't work.

i read the others talking about an obb file but i don't know what that is.
