PS4 [BUG] Deluxe scarecrow

Hello, I’ve looked up how to obtain all the scarecrows in order to get the Deluxe scarecrow. I double checked everything and I do have all the scarecrows, but I have yet to obtain a letter for the recipe. I even checked my letters and I don’t have it but it’s saying I have all the letters.
Is my game bugged or am I missing something?

Hi! There is a bug in 1.4 version of the game where sometimes you don't get recipe for it if you don't have each of the rarecrows somewhere on the farm. I would suggest putting all rarecrows somewhere on the farm for now.
