PC [BUG] Crashing upon Tabbing Out

Hi!

I've been wanting to start a Stardew Valley session with three of my friends. I bought the game for two of them so we could all play together and since I am most familiar with the game, have stable internet and a good laptop, I was going to be hosting it.
However, any time I tab out from Stardew Valley, the game crashes entirely. I can't even turn it into windowed mode because attempting to do so also results in a crash and doesn't save the setting.

I restarted my laptop (which easily meet all of the recommended requirements),
I've entirely uninstalled (and deleted all of the game files) and reinstalled the game,
I've updated my drivers to even the optional updates.
I've tried googling a solution to the issue, but haven't had much luck locating one.

Can someone help me? I mod a fairly large Discord so tabbing out is often important for me, and all three of them are new and I'm not too experienced so I'd like to do some googling.
I'd much rather do it on my laptop than on my phone as it is much easier and more convenient.

I hope someone can help me locate a solution!

It's been a few days and I still have not found a solution to the issue. My game still crashes upon tabbing out.

Can you share your most recent error log? (Crashes don't always produce an error log, so you may not see any in the folder).
  • On Windows, press the windows key + R and enter %appdata%/stardewvalley/errorlogs.
  • On Mac, from your desktop click Go in the menubar (in the top right), then "Go to folder..." at the bottom of that menu. Enter ~/.config/StardewValley/ErrorLogs/.
If you have SMAPI installed, the best way to share a log is via https://smapi.io/log. Thanks!

SMAPI log parser - SMAPI.io

I think this is how you do it?
Looking at it, it says I have mods installed but I had thought I deleted them all (could be wrong, I'm not very familiar with this). Maybe the mods are causing it?

Oh wait, this is an error log from 2020 apparently. An error log for most recent doesn't seem to be showing up.

Yeah, that looks like an old log that SMAPI had saved. Sometimes crashes don't generate a log, but thank you for checking!

One thing you can try if you've played with mods on this save previously is to re-install SMAPI if you don't have it installed currently.
