Switch [BUG] Couldn’t put gems on the Hidden Shrine

Hi everyone,
I haven’t play for a long time and after I downloaded the new update, I have found I couldn’t put the gems on the hidden shrine.
I didn’t have this issue previously and now I started getting second round of gems from bird. Does anyone have the same issue?

Has anyone found a solution to this issue? I haven't been able to place any gems at the shrine (playing on Switch). Once I acquire a gem from the bird, I go directly to the shrine but am unable to place onto the pedestal. I have tried every gem at every location and nothing has worked. I have checked multiple times and have gone back through the statue prompt screen, so that's definitely not the issue either. I am only ever playing in single-player mode. Please help!
