PC [BUG] could not got the achievement of Protector Of The Valley

I have finished all the tasks on the note but I did not got the achievenment and Gil did not open his eyes either. It is so strange and I could not figure out the answer. Could anyone help me pls?
The version is 1.5 and actually I bought it at STEAM from the area of Chinese mainland
