I'm not really sure this is a bug or not. Sorry if I made a mistake.
I decided it was finally time to get married to Abigail, and I wanted to do it in the mines. However, I found out that I can't actually propose in the mines. You can't even gift her. I am not sure this is a bug. Could also be a feature that didn't get properly implemented? Maybe it has something to do with there being two versions of Abby in the game when it's raining? I checked, and you can talk to both versions of her on the same day. Maybe it was originally that there was an issue with being able to gift both Abbys so there was a hard lock on not gifting the mine version?
EDIT: I just checked and you can't gift people in the theater either. Not even your date.
