PC [Bug] Buying the master slingshot gives me the regular slingshot

I'm on patch 1.5. In the adventurer's guild, when I click to buy the master slingshot, it gives me the regular slingshot. It deducts 1000 gold but the icon is the regular slingshot. Is this suppose to happen?
