Android [BUG] Artifacts and Mineral Inventory Tab Error

I found a bug in my Android game, in the inventory artifact section, where the status of artifacts that have been obtained remains invisible ('???'). There are items in Fairy Jewelry, Ancient Swords, Nautilus Fossils, and Amphibian Fossils. In contrast, in the mineral inventory section, mineral statuses that have not been donated in the museum have appeared (in Prismatic Shard minerals and Quartz Fire minerals).

Minerals are based off of collection, however I'm not sure if artifacts are based off of collection, or donation, I can check

Ah, it appears that artifacts are based off of collection, not donation. Are you sure you've collected these items? Ive never ran into this bug/glitch.

This has been reported by several other people on mobile, so hopefully this is fixed in an upcoming update.

Yesterday, I have found Nautilus and Amphibian fossils from fishing treasure, and still not change the "???" in inventory tab. Maybe this is the problem that fishing treasure didn't make artifact appear on inventory tab.

First, looking at the collections tab only tells you if you have found the item.

It appears you haven't found one... but that you HAVE donated one to Gunther at the museum already AND you have a second one in your inventory. This is, admittedly, a bit strange. Some people have reported that when they find these through a treasure chest while fishing, that it doesn't seem to count for the collection, and if you got both the nautilus fossils (the one you have and the one you donated already) from fishing, I think you're experiencing the same issue.
