Android [BUG] Android Cutscene Freeze Bug

Hi, I have been experiencing this bug where the game works fine but let's say I enter a location with the necessary requirements for a cutscene to occur. What would happen is the game just freezes in the cutscene, i.e the cutscene starts but remains frozen. I have attached my phone's specifications on the image if that is of any help.

N.B Closing the game completely seems to solve this

Edit: I toyed around with this glitch more and in retrospect I think there is some kind of a conflict in the program which results in this. What happened to me was that I exited Leah's house and a cutscene was activated as Leah is technically in Cindersap forest, however she is still in her cottage which might be the cause.
