PC [BUG] A complete collection achievement not working in-game or Steam

I finally completed the museum but I noticed that I never got an in-game achievement or on steam. When I talk to Gunther he says there's nothing left to donate.

He's just saying you don't have anything on you to donate.

How many free spaces do you have?
You can check with the Stardew valley check up to see if you're missing something.

There are 7 empty spaces and I've collected every mineral and artifact in the collections tab

The tabs don't help because they just tell you what you've found, not what you donated. But seven open spaces should mean you found everything.
We're you ever using mods on that save file?

No I've never used mods. The only thing I've done is change my name to an ID of an artifact that took too long to drop for me.

If you upload your file here, does it tell you you're missing something?
