Game says I have 129/130 golden walnuts although I am sure I have collected all of them:
I have followed a couple of different video/walkthrough lists of all the locations, I can't necessarily remember picking every single one up (I believe some players reported they only appear on bushes after playing for some time so this may be a possibility?) but there are definitely none visible at the fixed locations / mini games.
Parrot gives no more hints - I can confirm I have all the ones I know it doesn't give hints for:
1.)Check the bush south of Shrine. 2.) Check Professor Snail. 3.) All 3 Walnuts from the repeatable Pirate Dart Game.
It is possible that I may be missing one from harvesting / mining / fishing etc, but I have spent multiple days doing all of these without getting any more (and I think if this was the case the parrot would still give me a clue).
I'm on xbox so can't check / edit save file.
What I think happened was when using a bomb to explode rocks in the volcano, I think I saw a walnut drop out of a rock when destroyed, but immediately fell into the lava before I could get close enough to pick it up. As obviously this happened quickly, I'm not 100% certain of this as it happened fairly early on in my playing on the island, but when I got to the end and found I was missing one, makes me more sure this is what happened.
Bug fix for existing saved games so that number of walnuts collected = number of walnuts triggered, or that random drop walnuts keep getting generated (once static ones found) until walnuts collected = 130, would be fab thanks! I can't face putting in the hours to play all the way through everything again to get perfection to feel like I "finished" it!
