The display at the top right for active buffs seems limited to about the width of 3½ buff icons. Anything outside that range won't show the timer or source when hovered over w/the cursor.
Example image 01, buff display is fine:
Example image 02, no display (cursor is just a few pixels left of previous image)
This example came from eating Magic Rock Candy; if I also drink a coffee, the icon appears below the others, but hovering shows nothing.
