Pierre is glued to his phone behind the counter and its impossible to get his attention to buy anything. Joja changes their brand name to 6-7 shop to get more attention.

The only ones who resist have to blend in. The farmer no longer goes into town, staying secluded. Lewis keeps saying "I just have a flip phone" to escape the wrath. Willy covers the beach entrance with fish and old boat parts to prevent any internet devices from infecting him.
