Board Game Lost in Shipping

According to FedEx and Shopify our package should have been delivered at 2:35 3/11/22.
It still is not here. When I contacted FedEx they stated I needed to contact you to claim a lost package.
I don't know how you would like to proceed.
My order number is 19045

What are my options as of now? I have reached out via Shopify and here and also on the website with the contact page.
