Please help. I don't know why my game does this and can't find anything like it. When loadin, saving, going to cut scenes or leaving lot/building my game freezez. I have to press my mouse and my screen goes from black to grey. It starts working again after a while in that screen, but it suuuper annoying and a long wait. I just downloaded all mods and the game, so everything should be up to date. I play on windows steam if that matters. I'm really lost here.
