Windows Black Screens / Random moments I can't open chests?

It happens randomly, but sometimes when I'm exiting a zone or entering a zone I just get a black screen for 40+ Seconds, also get moments where I can do anything in game almost like it's lag but I can still move and attack monsters freely, but things like chests picking up items etc don't work, I know it can't possibly be my internet connection, I've checked it when it happens and it's perfectly fine, maybe running as administrator etc? any ideas?

Hey, have you ever found out anything about this? My wife is having basically the exact same issue when we play together. I had figured it was her laptop but maybe it's an entirely different issue. Do you play with mods? We play with mods but our mod folder is basically the exact same. There might be some slight differences. I'm usually hosting but sometimes she hosts.
