Windows Black screen with new AMD Radeon driver update

Windows 11 automatically updated my computer with the driver Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. - Display - 32.0.11021.1011 for AMD Radeon RX5600 today. Whenever I tried to launch Stardew Valley in windowed mode, I could hear the sounds of the game but the screen remained black. Rolling the driver back to 31.0.21024.5 fixed the issue but I would like to be able to eventually update the driver.

OS: Windows 11, version 23H2
Stardew Valley version: 1.6.14 build 24317

Experiencing this as well with the latest
AMD driver update 24.10.1 or AMD Windows Driver Version 32.0.12019.1028

OS: Windows 11 Pro ver. 23H2
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6600
Latest stardew valley build.
