I don't know exactly what's going on, but it looks like a mod is not working correctly, and making the player NPC return the day (and a whole lot of other things) with the incorrect value type. (is it supposed to return a string value, but it is returning a TypeCode value) I don't know what mod that is, so try any mod that changes how the NPC's work (Like Automate, OhoDavi's StardewValley Anime Mod, Custom NPC Exclusions, and maybe SVE)

thank you for the advice I tried to update as many mods as possible but some mods are unable to download the latest version. Do I need to remove those mods (non-updated mods)?
And what do you think the game can't be saved only on the 14th of the second winter (the first time this happened in the first year I was able to play normally) but when I use the mod CBJ cheats menu and changed date to another and I can go to bed and save normally. BTW SORRY FOR MY ENGLISH

Does it also happen on the 14th of the first winter, if so, the game might be trying to load the Night Market stuff, but a mod is interfering with the loading?
