Biological Genders

Since there are some mods that focuses more on physical gender, I was pondering if there is a code that'll add no more than two more biological genders, based on actual biology. One is 'Both', using this symbol: ⚥. And 'Neither' using this symbol: ○.
As for what the player character should look like & be able to do. ⚥ should look female, but is capable of impregnating its wives, not just getting pregnant from their husbands. And ○ should look male, but is incapable of impregnating the wives, thus the adoption option is the only option.

So "biological gender" isn't really a thing I think you're just thinking about Sex.

To expand on this idea, to allow for the most customization, it might be a good idea to do something similar to the Sims where you can toggle the ability to get other's pregnant and to get pregnant. From there you could just select your pronouns separately. This would allow for more available combinations of sex and gender.
