Issue Big barn no longer shows in robin's shop

was hoping some whiz could fix this issue? Yes, I've scrolled entirely through, the big barn is not sold in robin's shop.

Latest version of SAMPI installed. I've also tried removing Calcifer, Trash Cans On Horse, Custom Companions, and Wild Animals Lite, because SAMPI flagged them as "affecting game code" and I thought that might fix the issue.
