I found them all.
ways I found them: PICKING AND BOMBING ROCKS IN THE VOLCANO, digging around & artifact spots, fishing in the frog cave, fishing in the pirate grotto

ways I did not: fishing in the caldera, fishing other places, I found that if I fish 30-40 times in a spot and don't get one, I move on.
