PC Backpack/back image bug

Hi! I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix this bug. My character since day 1 has this square thing on her back. Upgrading backpacks doesn't do anything.
I'm running 1.5 on Mac/Steam.

I think this is not a backpack it is how your clothes look like from back. I have similar clothes that they look like i have a backpack from behind. Because there is no backpack to wear in game.
