Apples and other overworld items (forage and monsters) are not respawning in expanded (Solved)

So I finished the apples quest and for 1 apples hasn't shown up and I've done all of the steps and i saw the final scene before i could befriend him but he hasn't shown up. on top of that my cliff cave isn't spawning rocks, the logs aren't regrowing in the forest and no monsters are spawning at all in the badlands. anybody have any ideas on how to fix this or what's going on?
(EDIT:) i fixed it just had to delete and reinstall expanded and it was all fixed
