Anyone else 'save up' goods for sale?

For some reason, late game, I always tend to stash a load of stuff in chests to 'save them up for sale - cheese, mayo, wines, jelly, artifacts, diamonds etc - see my current 3 chests contents attached... I love selling them all at end of the season/year!
Anyone else do this?

Though I can’t say I’m one of them. For the first few years I’m seemingly always in need of cash and materials. By then I’m just in the habit of throwing everything in the bin I don’t bother. Of course I save important things, and store up some regular quality crops and foodstuffs for food and cooking, then multiple trinkets and metals and other resources, clothes and such, but I just bin everything. Late game I don’t process things anymore just for extra cash, just throw it in as is cause I get lazy. I’m not into making millions ( or even billions as a few here do) I just play for fun. I just use the cash to buy food late game cause again I get lazy, or to have more pets or animals (and their housing and food) cause they are adorable and fun. Fun is my motto for SDV.

Oh golly, I wouldn't even know where to begin with this topic.

I guess my biggest hoard (so far) was when I collected a million Diamonds and sold them all at once for just over a billion g.
