Hiya folks I found THIS map and immediately fell in love with it, is there anybody out there who can tell me the name or where to download, please?

Looking at starbound and reddit, that looks like a custom map that a poster made for themselves but never released as a downloadable map. It looks pretty cool, I like the crescent island. I suppose someone could use a map editor to make it manually but I have not done such things yet.
