Question Anne of Green Gables mod creation request

I don't make mods neither do I know how to make them but I wanted to request for a mod to be made if possible. I was wondering if anyone out there would be interested in making Anne of Green Gables mods that either adds Anne, Matthew, Marilla, etc. as NPCs and their farm or a mod that adds just the Green Gables farm as a farm option on the character creation panel when 1st starting a new game
