Anchor on house?

During summer a picture of an anchor shows up on the left side of Jodi, Kent, and Sam's house, but I can't see anything to do with it. Is it just a random thing with no interactions? It shows up only during the summers.

Most places and houses in Pelican's Town and Stardew Valley have a different frontage every season. This includes decorative elements that remind of the current season: bright flowers in spring, sun or sea elements in summer, pumpkins or mushrooms in autumn and so on...

The anchor picture you are referring to at 1 Willow Lane is just a decorative element displayed during summer. You can't interact with it.
