I'm on Android 13 and now that I updated this icon shows up in the menu, I know concerned ape works a lot for this update but there are so many bugs that he didn't deal with

This is the mouse cursor icon, it follows wherever you tap. It's been re-added because players were unable to use their gamepads & controllers in this update.

We can look into removing it for players who are only using tap controls, thanks for the report!

Happens to me this morning, it also makes tapping unusable to do some action. For example if I tap on the some ground far away with a hoe equipped, instead of walking to the point I tapped, the character will do the action immediately (like a left click on PC)
