Allow buying basic tools from a shop.

I believe getting the basic tools in the shop (say blacksmith) for like 1G instead of hoping they will just spawn or that we find them would improve user experience. I lost a bunch of tools already, it is incredibly frustrating and basically kills whole runs in my case.

Usually my toddler child, that btw enjoys Valley a lot, makes it disappear. No idea where it is.

I can imagine even grown up memory-challenged people can have issues with that also.

I also wish there was some way to discard the tools, especially the scythe.

It becomes pointless to have a regular scythe after you've gotten the golden scythe, and there's no way to get rid of the regular one.

You cannot, 1.4 lets you get rid of the slingshot now, but not any of the "core" tools

I just make a bin on my farm for tools I don’t use and keep them in there. Don’t plan on mining? Pickaxe goes in the bin, etc...

I thought you could since oyu can throw away slingshots
