I've gotten a popup saying I had ideas to sleep over repeatedly, but I haven't seen any real indication as to what it means. Saw new calendar events for a bookstore owner, and a new thing for smoked fish.
It means you earned a level in a given skill, when you sleep you should see the pop-up for whichever level you earned.

Nah just loaded a copy of my main save, I knew most of the stuff was late game so i thought I would bugtest a lot of stuff and basically discover everything. Since a lot of the things required for me to play are patched in 1.6 I'll be playing primarily 1.5 for probably the next year or so. Unfortunate but necessary

Almost all of it, yes, I'm probably some minor stuff but I explored all the new festivals, terraria content, all of the new skill tree and unlocked items, etc. Only thing i haven't done is craft all the recipes and plant the crops as I couldn't be bothered with them

Wowzers! That’s awesome! I can believe it knowing you and how well you play this game, but still what a feat! That’s a LOT to explore in just 7 hours! Did you explore all the content as a group, like everyone in group focused on certain aspects of the game and you all see it or did you somehow do a Filthy Gorilla mega fast and efficient speed run?

It’s pretty sick even if just small additions. Super niche way of finding it though. I was one of the first but seriously had to be told how to get it as I never would have been able to do it myself.

Well I luckily just played on my main late farm so I didn’t have to really do much to get right into the thick of it. I made my friend who is probably the best player at pause buffering so all the sc chests on 200/300 and he tested combat mastery. I bought about a thousand of the cooking books and sat there reading them for like 25 minutes to get all the xp I needed for full mastery. I did the full terraria part of the update while a friend did the new tree part and we explored around trying to find new stuff. And all of us combined tried getting all the books which we were close to successful on. Honestly 1.6 is still mostly modding and qol but the new features that are here seem nice.Wowzers! Terraria content sounds very cool!...all the nice memories playing this game...but can you tell me now what's different with clipping into buildings with the new update? saw a video where a youtuber finds out which exploits are still working, and the chair thing was in it!? so what's the difference now

The chair clipping isn’t in the game, at least not for buildings, can you share that video so I can see it myself? Maybe one of the patches brought it back

Yeah it’s different, I just checked and in 1.6.3 you can still not get into buildings with the chair. I’m really busy with coursework right now but I’ll try to make a video demonstrating the way you can still use clipping in 1.6right at the beginning, maybe not useful for sheds idk?- YouTube
