Issue All Images have Turned Green Tinted

Hi All,
I'm hoping someone can help me solve this. I added a new mod (Event Repeater) and updated the keybind to "PageUp". The mod doesn't seem to be working as in it doesn't give me a list of events I can repeat when I press PageUp, but I guess that keybind was already used for something else as pressing it made everything have a green tint to it. I pressed the button again, but the green tint won't go away.
Can anyone figure out from my mod list, what mod might be giving the green tint and how I can turn it off?
I shut off the game and reloaded in case that fixed it, so unfortunately my SMAPI log doesn't show the actual key being pressed and any message that might have been recorded in SMAPI.
I know it's a long shot that someone will be able to figure it out, but maybe more eyes will see what I'm missing.

Edit, it's not the PageUp keybind that's causing the problem.
I deleted my save and changed the save_old to be my save and started the game back up. It was fine for a day, but it seems it's at about 6:30 on Summer 4, year 1 that it automatically turns green, even if I do nothing.
Any ideas why this happens and what might be causing it?

OK, this can be ignored. I played through the day and apparently the game was getting excited for my first green rain and change the hue ahead of time. All good now.
