I saw on Twitter at one point, and I may have read something wrong, that there is a way to kiss your multiplayer spouse like you can an NPC spouse.
Does anyone know how?

If you are playing on pc, you can kiss your spouse by right clicking on them after they have finished their dialogue

Yep! And even on mobile after conversation it'll let you do it too.

That is possible, I'd assume it's the same way you'd talk to an npc character, usually you need to be standing next to them (as opposed to above or below)
