Windows Adventurers guild issue

I am on year 2, summer of my most recent sdv save, and i cannot enter the adventurers guild, i have reached the bottom of the mines, and have completed the slimes mission, however when I go to enter the guild after receiving a message that I have completed one of the targets, the message saying that the guild is for 'proven adventurers only' popped up. I thought that this may have been just a fluke, so the next day at 2:30 I retried entering the guild, however it still said the same thing. Does anyone know how I could possibly fix this? thank you :)
*It is worth noting that I don't think I tried entering the guild previous to those two times
