Add clay node to quarry and quarry mine

Clay is needed for dehydrator. There's no way to get lots of clay before unlock ginger island.

You can get some from tiling in the mines ;)

You can get clay from tilling anywhere in the valley (approx 3.2% drop iirc) and at a higher rate (~4.75%) in the mines

Dehydrators are efficient enough that you don't really need a lot of them early on, and clay being limited early can be a decent way to balance them when they're generally pretty cheap
